Gee, that is an exciting title. The headache wasn't caused by counting money. It appeared yesterday and has been in residence since. I could bombard it with Fioricet (and did this afternoon, followed by a nap) but I don't feature being totally (read more) spacey than usual.
Allen wants to quit money counting - says he was told 'only church members can count' - FRB+ says that is nonsense, have him come speak to me. Oy, the go between. Not my favorite position at anytime.
I am seeing such a dearth of people who want to volunteer, or even extend themselves that I fear for the future of St. Mark's. Maybe this is just the headache speaking.
John Verderosa (great name for an arborist) sent in his estimate of the church work. It is more than the Bartlett one but includes some more work. Dorothy asked a valid question: Do we have the money? Well, spread across all the budgets, pre-school, building & grounds & garden club the work is feasible.
Walter called from GA where he is for his aunt's funeral. I was asleep and he didn't leave a number. Does the entire world have caller ID. *69 informed me he called from his cell.
Tom called. Book Book Book! He's coming Wednesday about 1 to see progress on putting the images and text on the computer. But I am still clueless about how to present this to the world. Just now, though, I had an idea! Website!! I will run this past Matt and Lisa. Since we know we will never be able to make money on the project and I doubt get it published, why not put it on the web? Bulletin: Matt says consult an Intellectual Property attorney. Sigh.
What else? Up early to move furniture out of the way of the LI Carpet Cleaning dudes. BMG, await the storm. Rain? Snow? Hype?
